Founded by Matthew Egan (specialist in factory design, business systems, and production optimisation) and Gaynor Tennant (business strategist, growth leader, and founder of the Offsite Alliance), Rethink Design helps organisations make smarter choices.

OUR VISION
"Rethinking Construction" by Sir John Egan, published in 1998, emphasizes collaborative working, continuous improvement, and innovation in the construction industry to enhance productivity and quality while reducing costs and waste. He advocates for a fundamental shift towards a more integrated and efficient approach, focusing on teamwork, technology adoption, and a customer-centric mindset to drive positive change in the construction sector.
Fast forward 26 years and despite subsequent reports and industry agreement, little has changed. Rethink is here to lead by example. We do this by standing on the shoulders of giants and their work to see the future clearly. We assemble the greatest minds in our sector, people who have actually achieved great things and not just talked about them.
